She even changed her Facebook profile picture to his mugshot&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/we-tv\">WE tv<\/a> Love After Lockup star is back behind bars in Ohio, Monique has revealed. Derek Warner Jr. is currently incarcerated at the Lorain Correctional Institution after being taken into custody on January 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-derek-warner-sent-back-to-prison\">Derek Warner sent back to prison<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Derek is back in prison, according to reports. In March 2023, he was arrested and charged with felonious assault\u00a0(a second-degree felony), <a href=\"https:\/\/starcasm.net\/love-after-lockup-moniques-ex-derek-warner-back-in-prison\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">as per<\/a> Starcasm, following an altercation with another inmate during jail time in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of attempted aggravated assault in May 2023. He was sentenced to one year of community control and remained out of custody until earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Warner was previously in jail, Monique bailed him out. When a fan asked if the Love After Lockup star will bail him out, she replied, &#8220;Lie! Buddy doing big time!&#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/starcasm.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Love_After_Lockup_Derek_Warner_arrested_again.jpg?ssl=1\" rel=\"nofollow\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mug shot photo is from the Ohio Department of Corrections website, which doesn\u2019t list any new charges for Derek. The only charges listed are his 2020 felony drug convictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s in for a violation so his old charges are up there along with old info,\u201d Monique clarified. When she questioned his past drug use, Derek told cameras there is history Monique still doesn&#8217;t know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monique wrote on Facebook: &#8220;Derek fumbled me &amp; the bag so it won\u2019t happen again. We had a good run though.&#8221; She&#8217;s also been addressing Derek&#8217;s new woman on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Sunday, Monique wrote: &#8220;You was too busy trying to \u2018one up\u2019 his ex\u00a0sad, desperate, &amp; delusional at its finest.\u00a0You can\u2019t make me mad about a mf I don\u2019t want!
