Kody Brown spent a lot of family money towards the end of his marriage to Janelle, she’s claiming. The Sister Wives star left him, following in the footsteps of Christine Brown: the first of four to call it quits.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier this season of Sister Wives<\/a>, Janelle Brown claimed Kody had been spreading lies about\u00a0how much sway she had with their family finances. Now, she’s trying to make claims about his spending habits.<\/p>\n

Kody Brown ‘spent a lot of family money’<\/h2>\n

Kody Brown<\/a> has been spending a lot of family money, according to Janelle. It happened towards the end of their marriage, and the reason she knows is because she’s always handled the family’s bookkeeping.<\/p>\n

In the early years of their marriage, “We weighed in on what bills should be paid, how we were going to pay, who got priority,” said Janelle, who married Kody in 1993, three years after he wed Meri Brown<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“And then the last several years,\u00a0Kody would just take out funds\u00a0and I don’t know what for,” said Janelle. She believes “the money was just being spent and lots of it,” but Kody said it wasn’t her business.<\/p>\n
