She was charged with domestic while armed, mistreating an animal, disorderly conduct and felony bail jump<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Leida was arrested and held in the Adams County, Wisconsin, jail on January 24. She was charged with domestic while armed, mistreating an animal, disorderly conduct and felony bail jump, and held at Adams County jail.<\/p>\n<p>She has a court date set for Monday, January 27, and a judge will set bail at the hearing. It comes a month after charges of felony wire fraud, fraud against a financial institution, and theft charges\u00a0were dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>However, her separate felony charges for bail jumping, theft of a business setting greater than $10,000 to $100,000 and wire fraud against a financial institution were still active.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"inline-links\">\n<li><svg width=\"20\" height=\"20\"><use href=\"#list-arrow-svg\"><\/use><\/svg><strong>OMG: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/shows\/are-vanka-and-josko-still-together-after-filming-90-day-fiance-theres-major-clues\">Are Vanka and Josko still together?!<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-she-s-made-claims-about-her-husband\">She&#8217;s made claims about her husband<\/h2>\n<p>Leida is accusing her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, who appeared on 90 Day Fiance with her, of domestic abuse. He has spoken out himself and said she hasn&#8217;t shared all of the information.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;MY HUSBAND PHYSICALLY ABUSED ME. I WON&#8217;T BE SILENT ANYMORE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,\u201d Leida wrote via <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/instagram\">Instagram<\/a> Stories above a photo of herself with what appeared to be a bruise above her eye. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI LET EVERYBODY KNOW WHY I FILED FOR A DIVORCE BACK IN 2024. I WON&#8217;T BE SILENCED ANYMORE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,&#8221; she added. Eric told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intouchweekly.com\/posts\/90-day-fiance-alum-leida-margaretha-arrested-for-domestic-while-armed\/#:~:text=90%20Day%20Fianc%C3%A9%20alum%20Leida,conduct%20and%20felony%20bail%20jump.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In Touch<\/a>: &#8220;What she has posted is not the whole story.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He has also said he will reveal more in the coming days.
