She also shares how she sought therapy many years ago but opted to keep her sessions a &#8220;secret.&#8221; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This January, <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills\">The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a> icon Erika Jayne sits down for a chat on <a href=\"https:\/\/sxm.app.link\/TheJohnHillShowPR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SiriusXM\u2019s The John Hill Show<\/a>. I don&#8217;t want to say sneak around, but yeah. I did it without his knowledge.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She adds: &#8220;I enjoy my sessions with Dr Jenn because I get to organize my thoughts and I don&#8217;t know if that makes any sense.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Erika&#8217;s therapist is Dr Jenn Mann. The therapist has appeared on RHOBH &#8220;many times.&#8221; And, Erika adds how she thinks her therapist is &#8220;cool.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She had Couples Therapy&#8230; She&#8217;s perfect for what we do because she understands the reality TV game and being a human being and she has very famous parents and, you know, she&#8217;s just a Beverly Hills born and raised girl,&#8221;
