They both appeared on Watch What Happens Live with <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/andy-cohen\">Andy Cohen<\/a> 11 months ago.<\/p>\n<p>Luann has since said there was chemistry between them, but claimed they never hooked up. Joe&#8217;s Southern Hospitality friend and co-star, TJ Finch, alleges that they absolutely did.<\/p>\n<p>He blew up Joe&#8217;s spot at the season 2 reunion by exposing his hook-up by saying he&#8217;s 99 percent sure they hooked up.
