David Murphey has died aged 66<\/h2>\n

David Murphey has passed away after several years of health battles, at the age of 66. He is survived by his two sisters and his cat Gamera, and recently retired from the Clark County Treasurer\u2019s office in Nevada.<\/p>\n

He was diagnosed with liver cancer a year ago. His family, who have asked for privacy, are now asking fans to donate to The Animal Foundation<\/a> in his name, because he loved cats so much.<\/p>\n

During his stint on 90 Day Fiance, David finally met Lana in Ukraine and got engaged to her. Although the couple got engaged,\u00a0they never married and eventually separated.<\/p>\n
