On the same day, RHOP producers shared bodycam footage of the crash.<\/p>\n<p>In March, Huger was driving her 2017 Maserati in an \u201caggressive manner\u201d in Potomac when she struck an intersection crosswalk sign and a parking sign, court records reveal.<\/p>\n<p>Though she was acquitted of reckless driving, the footage shows Karen saying she is called the &#8220;Grande Dame&#8221; after being arrested, with a police officer driving while she talks to him as a passenger.<\/p>\n<p>When taken to a police station, she is asked if she remembers the crash, she says yes, but says no when questioned if she remembers the other vehicle involved, while disagreeing with officers.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"inline-links\">\n<li><svg width=\"20\" height=\"20\"><use href=\"#list-arrow-svg\"><\/use><\/svg><strong>STUN: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/news\/people-are-loving-the-real-housewives-newbies-this-year-but-one-takes-the-crown\">People are loving the Real Housewives newbies<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As of December 18, Huger has been charged with a DUI, negligent driving, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, and failure to notify authorities of an address change in court.<\/p>\n<p>While talking to officers, she refuses a breathalyser but immediately signs a form once told she\u2019d be released in about 30 minutes, if she did. During her trial, an officer said she was \u201chammered\u201d as she appeared to slur her words, and &#8220;swayed&#8221; before getting into an ambulance.<\/p>\n<p>After getting arrested, she literally shouts, &#8220;I&#8217;m lit.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Huger claimed she was dealing with emotional distress at the time of the incident, and has since told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2024\/03\/20\/real-housewives-potomac-karen-huger-car-crash-maserati-cited-no-arrest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ<\/a> that the seatbelt she was
