Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have welcomed their second baby through adoption, just over a year after becoming parents for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Stranger Things<\/a> star and her husband took to Instagram on Friday, September 18, to share the first glimpse of their new baby. <\/span><\/p>\n

They posted an adorable picture of his tiny hand alongside the rest of the family, as well as a caption that reads, \u201cHi little guy,\u201d confirming they\u2019ve had a son. The news arrives after the couple, who got married in 2024, first adopted their daughter in August 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

And while Millie<\/a> is currently busy spending time with the family, she previously opened up about her decision to adopt. <\/span><\/p>\n

Millie Bobby Brown always knew she wanted to adopt<\/h2>\n

Appearing on the <\/span>Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce<\/span><\/a> podcast in June, Millie explained that adoption was always part of her plan, and something that she\u2019d dreamed of since childhood. <\/span><\/p>\n

 \u201cAlways wanted to adopt. It was always part of my childhood dreams. Every time I was at home and I was five or six years old, my parents were like, \u2018You had your baby dolls. They were all adopted.\u2019 I never had any of them. I never pretended I was pregnant,\u201d she explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAdoption is love. Adoption is forever,\u201d she added, before pointing out that she went to school to be a social worker for two years, during which time she learned so much about the process.  <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI loved the aspect of adoption in my social work courses\u2026 everything was so, so meaningful and important,\u201d she said. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Stranger Things star elaborated further the following month on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, where she explained, \u201cI had a lot of adopted friends growing up.<\/span><\/p>\n
