Suki Waterhouse<\/a> has opened up about motherhood in a rare interview, sharing how life has changed since welcoming her daughter with Robert Pattinson<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Even though Robert Pattinson is one of Hollywood’s biggest actors and Suki Waterhouse is a globally successful model and musician, the couple have always kept their relationship pretty private. They’ve been together since meeting at a games night in LA back in 2018, and don’t often speak publicly about their family life.<\/p>\n

The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, in March 2024. Since then, both Suki and Robert have occasionally spoken about how much they love being parents, but they’ve largely kept their daughter out of the spotlight.<\/p>\n

Speaking to The Standard<\/a>, Suki reflected on how becoming a mum has completely changed the way she sees the world.<\/p>\n

“I think it\u2019s made me marvel at our humanness. It\u2019s so funny, even just your kid getting a fever, watching a little body recover from that, it\u2019s brought me down to what it is to be alive and I really love that. It feels very survivalist and medieval in a way, especially birth, birth is medieval,” she said.<\/p>\n

She also admitted the early days of motherhood caught her completely off guard.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m almost two and a half years in now, but when she was first born, I remember thinking that I can\u2019t believe everybody does this and I can\u2019t believe how vulnerable I feel. I was crying all the time. It makes me cry now thinking about it. It was just… shocking,” she said.<\/p>\n

She added: “It\u2019s so f***ing weird! I\u2019m not a cryer! I\u2019m so not an emotional person, I\u2019m such a Capricorn. But being a mum just fed me up in such a sweet way.<\/p>\n
