Ariana Grande’s<\/a> face is everywhere right now once again thanks to Wicked: For Good<\/a>, but she looks very different than we’re all used to.<\/p>\n

Actress Ari is like a totally different person to singer Ari, and she’s had a pretty big transformation since before she started filming the musical.<\/p>\n

Here are some side-by-side photos from the years before she was cast as Glinda to now, which show how much the 32-year-old has really changed.<\/p>\n

Ariana has addressed comments about her new appearance<\/h2>\n

Ariana responded to comments about her new look in a TikTok video<\/a> in April 2023, telling everyone she is now a lot happier and “healthier”.<\/p>\n

“I don\u2019t do this often. I don\u2019t like it, I\u2019m not good at it… but I just wanted to address your concerns about my body and talk a little bit about what it means to a person with a body and to be seen and to be paid this close attention to. I think we should be gentler and less comfortable commenting on people\u2019s bodies, no matter what… just to aim toward being safer and keeping each other safer,” she said.<\/p>\n

“The body you\u2019ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body. I was on a lot of antidepressants and drinking on them and eating poorly, and at the lowest points of my life when I looked the way you consider my ‘healthy’. But that, in fact, wasn\u2019t my healthy.”<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old said we should be “less comfortable commenting on people\u2019s bodies” no matter how good or well-intentioned it is.<\/p>\n
