Let\u2019s face it, everyone wants Off Campus season two to give us the Dean (Stephen Kalyn)<\/a> and Allie (Mika Abdalla) love story, but that\u2019s not the order of the books. We don\u2019t know until Prime Video confirms it, but in the meantime, Ella Bright just dropped a huge clue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new TV show is based on Elle Kennedy\u2019s book series of the same name, and like Bridgerton<\/a> and Heated Rivalry<\/a>, each novel centres on a different couple.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The same can be said for the Prime Video<\/a> adaptation, with season one telling the story of Hannah (Ella Bright) and Garrett (Belmont Cameli). Quite frankly, the series has had us in an absolute chokehold ever since it was first announced.<\/span><\/p>\n

While this is certainly still the case – it\u2019s been less than a week since all eight episodes dropped – talks are already turning to season two, which is officially in the works.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The second book in the Off Campus<\/a> series, The Mistake, focuses on Logan (Antonio Cipriano) and Grace (India Fowler). But everyone\u2019s hoping the adaptation will switch things up after Dean and Allie became a fan favourite pairing in season one.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a new interview with <\/span>Variety<\/span><\/a>, when asked if season two is about Dean and Allie, Bright gave a \u201cconvincing and enthusiastic nod.\u201d Yes, Prime Video still needs to give it the official confirmation, but all signs are pointing towards Dallie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Showrunner Louisa Levy was a little more mysterious with her response, saying, \u201cI don\u2019t want to say anything yet, but I think book fans will be very excited about season two.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the thing: The first chapter has already proven that the adaptation isn\u2019t afraid to mess with the order of things. Hunter Davenport<\/a>, for instance, doesn\u2019t get a book until the Off Campus<\/a> spinoff series, Briar U, but he\u2019s a major part of the storyline in season one.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So there\u2019s a good chance we\u2019ll get to see Dean and Allie\u2019s story next, especially with their relationship being the second most important after Hannah and Garrett.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, the show ends on a cliffhanger as Dean gets into a fight with Hunter, and this is something Dean actor Stephen Kalyn spoke about to <\/span>Elite Daily<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
