We all knew a Supernatural reunion was happening in The Boys<\/a> season five episode five, but what the trailer didn\u2019t show us is that a whole bunch of other celebrities cameo – and they unsurprisingly all die in horrific ways.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

*Spoilers ahead for The Boys season five episode five*<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Since The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke<\/a> created Supernatural and Soldier Boy star Jensen Ackles played Dean Winchester, it only seemed fitting to stage a reunion before the superhero series drew to a close.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ackles has previously spoken about the fun he had being reunited with his co-stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins, who played Supernatural\u2019s Sam Winchester and Castiel, respectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this show, they play Mister Marathon and Malchemical, two washed-up supes who are no longer a part of the Vought machine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead, they\u2019re left to make money via shoddy non-VCU movies – undoubtedly a parody of Sony’s Spider-Man Universe<\/a> (Homelander even says they\u2019re produced by \u201cSony Pictures TV”). It\u2019s all very hilarious.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
