Everyone\u2019s talking about what happened in Euphoria season three episode three, but what about what <\/span>didn\u2019t<\/span><\/i> happen? There\u2019s one scene that\u2019s yet to unfold and it suggests things are about to take a terrifying turn for Cassie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) herself says it – her wedding to Nate (Jacob Elordi) is supposed to be the happiest day of her life. But karma comes for them both when funeral mogul Naz shows up to collect his debt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nate manages to keep a lid on it for the event, but when he and Cassie arrive home, they find Naz and his sidekick waiting. Cassie is thrown to the floor, giving her a nosebleed, while Nate is beaten to a bloody pulp before having his pinky toe cut off.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s bloody and brutal, but things are about to get even worse if the Euphoria season three trailers are anything to go by.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The worst Cassie scene didn\u2019t make it to season three episode three<\/h3>\n

HBO Max\u2019s weeks ahead trailer features a lot of clues, including a blink-and-you\u2019ll-miss-it-clip showing Cassie waking up with a look of fear across her face and a wire around her neck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, given the other trailers show Nate\u2019s debt collector appearing at the wedding, many fans put two-and-two together and assumed Cassie being tied to the bed would be a part of season three episode three.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, this sequence was missing, and instead we got Cassie bleeding and crying into her wedding dress. In short, that scene hasn\u2019t happened yet, which can only mean something even darker is still on the way for Cassie.<\/span><\/p>\n

If that weren\u2019t evidence enough, the Euphoria season three episode four preview just dropped, and it shows Maddy stepping in to manage Cassie\u2019s social media – including creating OnlyFans content.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This tracks with the timeline, as no doubt Cassie will turn to OnlyFans as Nate\u2019s financial situation spirals. But it doesn\u2019t stop there – another trailer shows Maddy at the strip club where Rue works.<\/span><\/p>\n

If we put all of these threads together, it looks like Maddy will end up pushing Cassie further into the world she\u2019s already dipped her toe into. And as things spiral, the bed scene could involve a trafficking incident, sexual assault, or another visit from the debt collectors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
