I mean, I&#8217;m not daft &#8211; Ariana&#8217;s always acted and she literally was a Nickelodeon diva before she was a pop star. But I feel like Wicked was a true breakthrough for how seriously the general public take her as an actor. She was hardly in Scream Queens, let&#8217;s face it. And now people are CONVINCED the next Ariana Grande move is going to be returning to horror with none other than Jordan Peele &#8211; and there are some actual cold hard bits of evidence that support it.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ariana Grande horror film era might actually loom<\/strong><\/h4>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Ariana Grande and Jordan Peele\u2019s Monkeypaw Productions are now following each other on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Monkeypaw is known for horror films like \u2018Get Out\u2019, \u2018Us\u2019, \u2018Nope\u2019, and \u2018Candyman\u2019. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mOZW0J30py\">pic.twitter.com\/mOZW0J30py<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Buzzing Pop (@BuzzingPop) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BuzzingPop\/status\/1951994477133832437?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 3, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong><script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This all started because Ariana Grande and Monkeypaw Productions are now following each other on Instagram. This is a big deal because Monkeypaw Productions is the studio owned by Jordan Peele, and under his Monkeypaw umbrella he&#8217;s released all three of his acclaimed feature films: Get Out, Us and Nope. He&#8217;s also produced other big films like BlacKkKlansman, the Candyman remake and Dev Patel&#8217;s Monkey Man. The hit rate of wows is of course very high.<\/p>\n<p>If this wasn&#8217;t enough of a teaser, the Monkeypaw Productions Twitter account then carried on teasing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Ariana, what are you doing here? \ud83e\udd23 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/RkE86isHWA\">https:\/\/t.co\/RkE86isHWA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Monkeypaw Productions (@Monkeypaw) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Monkeypaw\/status\/1952784633440895133?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 5, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The official account used the iconic meme &#8220;Ariana what are you doing here&#8221; &#8211; and I&#8217;m SORRY&#8230; why would it bother if they all weren&#8217;t up to something?<\/p>\n<p>Jordan Peele must be quickly working on his next picture and maybe has Ariana Grande lined up for it all. Perhaps he&#8217;s trying to speed up and get something out to rival Weapons <a href=\"https:\/\/thetab.com\/2025\/07\/29\/inside-wild-story-of-how-jordan-peele-parted-ways-with-his-team-after-losing-this-2025-horror-film\">after allegedly fuming so hard<\/a> he didn&#8217;t get the rights to release it under Monkeypaw. But who can say.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m a truther with this.
