Harry Styles promises to pay fresher’s tuition fees after spotting her sign at gig

‘I left uni for this – you owe me £9,000’

One lucky first year’s dreams came true after Harry Styles offered to pay an entire year’s tuition fees.

Bournemouth fresher Callie Worth held up a sign saying “I left uni for this – you owe me £9,000” at a One Direction concert last night.

After the 1D heartthrob spotted the banner, he even offered to pay the Sports Science student’s fees.

Harry Styles announced on stage: “Now we owe you £9,000.”

But shortly afterwards he turned to the fresher and said: “Snapchat have just told me they will pay the money for you.”

Luckily Callie hasn’t dropped out of uni permanently, and just left for the day.

She told The Mirror: “I left Bournemouth uni for the day and travelled down to the O2 to meet my two best mates who I hadn’t seen in a few weeks.

“It’s a tradition that we go and see them, and it was my friends 10th show.

“This is probably our last one together for a while so we wanted to go out with a bang and make an eye catching banner.

“Me and my friend Mollie spent four hours making the banner and wanted to make it humorous.”

Callie aded: “My friend Mollie was holding the banner at the time and Liam noticed it and read it out, then afterwards Harry said ‘Snapchat have offered to pay for your uni fees’ but I think he was joking.”

Last night One Direction made a Snapchat live story of their concert, which explains why Harry claimed they would pay the fees.

This isn’t the first time Harry Styles has taken a shine to freshers.

Back in 2013 he turned up unannounced at Leeds halls for pre-drinks and even went to a club afterwards.

One Direction fan Holly Tisdale said: “Harry Styles just walked into the Tequila club and every girl went crazy.”
