Do you ever complain about the rubbish internet speed in your uni library?

Sometimes it can be frustrating when the slow internet in your library stops you from working or furtively watching videos in the corner with the screen turned away.

But who has the fastest internet? We ranked each uni library on their download speeds — the metric used by computer boffins to judge internet connection.

Loughborough comes top with a lightning-fast speed of 758.02 megabytes a second, followed by Exeter and King’s.

Leicester, Lancaster and the dunces at Oxford came last at just over 0.15 megabytes a second when we tested the speed with the internet analysis tool on Ookla.
