Sen. Elizabeth Warren is officially UMass’ commencement keynote speaker

Raindrop, drop top, Senator Warren can’t be stopped

Yep, Elizabeth Warren, the baddest senator in the business is going to grace the UMass Amherst campus with her presence during her visit this May in order to give the keynote address at the Undergraduate Commencement.

The ceremony will take place at McGirk Stadium on May 12 and begins at 4:30 pm, rain or shine.

And since, technically, tickets are not necessary for attending the commencement and graduating seniors may invite as many people as they wish, anyone is able to attend. That means that, as long as you don’t mind sitting through the rest of the event, you’re all able to come and listen to one of the most praised women in politics, who has become a loud and staunch opponent to the Trump administration and passionate supporter of the progressive agenda; promoting climate change regulations and the importance of public education.

It’s sure to be one hell of a speech.
