UCSB is the eighth happiest school in America

Here we go again Gauchos

According to the Princeton Review, UCSB rolls in at the eighth happiest school in America. If thats not something that makes you proud to be a Gaucho then I don’t know what is.

Not only are we all surrounded by the natural beauty of Santa Barbara, but we have an impeccable campus, over 300 days of sunshine and the big blue ocean right at our front door. What else does a person need to be happy at their school?

In addition to providing full time joy, UCSB is also impressively ranked number three in the Top 50 Green Colleges. A well-deserved award, UCSB constantly strives to promote and preserve its beautiful environment.

From water conservation plans, to campus wide recycling and sustainable food services, to being home to the first LEED-certified building in the UC system (an award recognizing the best-in-class buildings for environmental design), UCSB is making moves in improving our planet and community.

And, because we all love to hear about our record breaking drinking rankings, we were boldly awarded #11 in party schools and #6 in “Lots of Hard Liquor.”

A standard night

Needless to say, UCSB has it all.
Keep the smiles up, the solar panels heated, and the Vitali vodka flowing.
