Ninth floor of Gladfelter open again after female Temple employee found dead earlier today

TU police have not released the cause of death yet

Classes were suspended on the ninth floor of Gladfelter earlier today. Users on twitter reported a 65-year-old woman found dead.

As of 2pm “The ninth floor as well as the building is now operating normally” Brandon Lausch, Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications of the TU police, told The Tab.

They would not release any information as to the identity of the woman.
There is also no explanation as to the cause of death yet. “That will be up to the medical examiner” said Brandon.

Security guards at the entrance were asking everyone coming in what floor they’re going to.

Students in the rest of the building were unaware of what’s going on as classes were continuing as usual.

Police have confirmed it was a Temple Employee was found dead in Gladfelter hall.

Classes on the ninth floor were all re-located to other rooms.

The offices were being cleared and students throughout the building complained of a weird minty smell.
