BREAKING: Someone drew a swastika and the n-word on a car on Carlisle

‘We’re looking into reporting this as a hate crime’

Someone has scrawled a swastika and the word “nigger” on a car behind White Hall on Carlisle Street.

A member of the BSU executive board spotted the slur and Nazi insignia earlier this morning on her way to work.

Temple junior Kelly Dawson tweeted the photo, which has already been retweeted over 100 times.

Kelly, who is also the BSU President said: “A member of the executive board saw this while walking to work this morning and sent it out to the rest of our executive board.”

She added: “I was thinking of contacting the police because there should be cameras in the area. We were going to look into reporting this as a hate crime.”

No one knows who drew it or why they would put something so offensive on a car in site of anyone who walked by.

Temple Student Government has been made aware of the situation and posted about the incident on Twitter saying “we do not condone this behavior.”

They have also contacted Temple Police who has assigned a detective to investigate camera footage.
