‘The thing I noticed about Penn State is that people wear a lot of Vineyard Vines’

As the temperature drops and the leaves begin to fall, Penn State students put away their flip-flops and tank tops and breakout their riding boots and cozy sweaters.

Its hard to stand out fashion-wise in the sea of black leggings and puffy vests but The Tab was able to find some extraordinarily fashionable students who standout among the rest.
