BREAKING: Potential sighting of a reported ‘kidnapper’ in Harrisonburg

She allegedly follows female college students home after asking them to help with her baby

This post will be updated with more information as it arrives.

Stories are circulating about a woman in Virginia who is allegedly attempting to kidnap female college students.

It’s said she asks them to help with her “baby” or try to get inside their homes, reportedly with the intent of kidnapping them for human trafficking purposes.

Today a woman matching the description in those reports was spotted in Copper Beech Townhomes, and the police were contacted.

A student wrote in the JMU Class of 2019 of how she saw: “a woman fitting this description wandering around Copper pushing a really sketchy looking baby stroller.”

These have mostly been reported from Radford, Blacksburg, and Roanoke.

According to WSLS: “The Radford City Police Department says it’s aware of social media posts about suspicious behavior involving strangers contacting female Radford University students.”

Be careful, Dukes.
