A gunman is being investigated at IU
Two alerts have been issued
There is an investigation into a possible gunman at IU, according to Bloomington Alerts.
This evening, at 19:33, a message was sent to all Indiana University students warning them of a subject with a gun on campus.
The message read:
“IU Bloomington Alert! A subject with a gun has been reported on campus. Take safe shelter. Lock door. Call 911 with info. Follow official instruction.”
Later this evening at 20:08, a second alert was issued explaining that the threat was no longer imminent, but there will be an ongoing investigation.
