Cornell is one of the top universities on the planet, according to new rankings

We’ve been rising in the list over the past few years

New world university rankings have been released today, revealing that Cornell is one of the world’s best institutions.

The study, which judged over 1000 universities across the world, placed Cornell University in 16th.

They also scored us 99.4 for employer reputation and 99.6 for academic reputation.

Cornell proudly sits as one of the best Ivies next to Yale University, who placed at 15th and just ahead of UPenn and Columbia University.

We were also rated second place for Veterinary Science and our graduate employability rating is 13th.

At the top of the table, MIT retained the top spot, followed closely by Stanford and Harvard. Stanford overtook the University of Cambridge into second place and in doing so, this means that the United States holds all of the top-three places for the first time since the inaugural rankings of 2004.
