Snow Day! Classes are canceled on Thursday, February 9th

It’ll be way too cool for school

You might have been wondering why Brown students were still expected to attend class while the public schools of Providence had announced that they would close tomorrow.

Fear not! The university has saved us from trudging in feet of snow to get to class.

In a two-day span illustrating the effects of global warming, temperatures will fall from 49 today all the the way down to 9 degrees tomorrow. At least it won’t be as bad as last year, when we hit -9 on Valentine’s Day.

The snow day will be a great excuse to rest up after a tough week of shopping period, reload your batteries, and be slightly less tired for a day before it all comes back in a giant wave.

We might as well stay inside to avoid freezing to death and becoming White Walkers.
