ASU is the best school in Arizona, the US and probably the world

They say you can’t have it all, but we really do

We might not be the biggest party school in the USA anymore (screw you, Playboy) but we’re still the best school out there.

This year Livability voted Tempe the best college town in the country, and we know why.

The weather

Few schools have tanning weather all year round.

You wanna wear flip flops in December? Do it. You wanna skip class for a pool party? No problem. We don’t need your mittens and snow boots.

It’s always sunglasses season at ASU.

Prime location

There’s no better place to be than the Grand Canyon state. You can drive to Vegas and California in six hours and under, and drive to and from the Grand Canyon in a quicker time than it takes Donald Trump to fuck up America (almost). We’ve got the desert heat, but if you want oceans and nightlife they’re only a drive away.

We’re surrounded by beautiful scenery and if you love the exploring the great outdoors there’s nowhere else to be.

We’re America’s ‘Most Innovative School’

We beat Stanford and MIT to this title. We’re constantly improving our curriculum, campus life, technology and facilities every semester, and widening access to college education. You can even have your full online tuition reimbursed if you work at Starbucks through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan.

School spirit

You can’t walk across campus without spotting a Sun Devil in maroon and gold, and it’d be hard to find people not preparing for some serious tailgating on Game Day.

We compete in 20 different Division 1 sports, free to all students, so we always come out in the masses. Even when we don’t win, the spirit of the Student Inferno always prevails.

Look at all that gold tho

Diversity

Being one of the biggest schools in the country, we have around 60,000 new students each year. 10.7% of this is international students, meaning you’ll rarely have a class here with just one accent or skin color.

We represent over 130 nations and our study abroad program reaches across the globe from London to Fiji.

Mill Avenue

We wouldn’t be ASU without alcohol, and where better to find it than on Mill? Once you’ve partaken in the tradition of having your 21st on Mill, the options are endless from fishbowl margaritas on Taco Tuesday to tailgates on game day.

And if you’re not 21, we’re sure you’ll never go short of parties either.

Go Sun Devils!
