UA QB Brandon Dawkins cleared from concussion

Some good news for the UA Football Fans

If you are a Arizona football fan this will be some very exciting news for you. Quarterback Brandon Dawkins tweeted on Tuesday morning, “When you get cleared to play again,” which then had two pictures of him celebrating with another teammate at two different games.

Dawkins was injured with a concussion during the Utah game on Oct. 1 which caused the Arizona Wildcats to use their freshman QB, Khalil Tate. Rich Rodriguez soon ran out of QBs that were unable to play and put in third string tight end Matt Morin in the third quarter. The Wildcats lost to USC 48-14.

Dawkins is expected to start for the next Arizona game against Stanford on Saturday, Oct. 15. Kick off is at 8 p.m.
