Trent is one of the most sleep-deprived unis in the UK

Too many Wednesdays at Ocean will do that to you

Working so hard you’re constantly nodding off in the Boots? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

According to The Tab’s sleep survey, Trent is the second most sleep-deprived uni in the country.

We asked nearly 6,000 students how many hours sleep they got on average, and 13 per cent of Trent students said they got less than six hours sleep.

Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) in Northern Ireland narrowly beat us with 14 per cent, the UK’s largest population of sleep-deprived students.

Newcastle came in at joint second, with 13 per cent of their students also saying they didn’t get enough sleep.

At the bottom, Bath were the best rested, with only three per cent sleeping for less than six hours.

Doctors recommend you get at least seven hours sleep – but on average, seven per cent of respondents said they got less than six hours.

They must be the ones who live in Beeston.
