Why living by the sea as a student is the best
A throwback to when it was actually warm
Portsmouth students do not have it half bad living by the sea, from Albert Road to Palmerston Road, Southsea shits all over Fratton.
Also Portsmouth being the cheapest place to live as a student in the UK, you will not get those sea views with cheaper rent anywhere else as a student.
Although Southsea beach is a pebble one, when the tide is out you can’t really complain.
Ice cream for days.
A sunset stroll along the beach is a good hangover cure for detoxing alcohol out your system from the night before.
I mean, these houses.
It’s even looks cool when it’s stormy.
Also really weird when the beach looks like a starfish suicide pact for a month or so.
Even when it’s windy, windsurfers provide entertainment.
Ice cream, again, always.
A clear, peaceful place to go to after an absolute failure of an exam and work out if graduating with a third is really that bad.
Gunwharf’s got them gym views.
A good place for new cover photos where you pretended you were oblivious to your friend taking the photo.
