Man spotted spying on students’ windows with telescope in Lenton
One student says he caught him looking at girls
Lauren KenworthyThe man was spotted with a telescope at a window in Lenton, apparently looking at student houses earlier this week.
This photo was uploaded to buy and sell by a student who lives opposite with the caption: “I caught our neighbour checking out young ladies with his telescope #closeyourblinds.” The road is a busy route to campus with hundreds of students passing each day, and clearly visible from the house.
According to the student who raised concerns, the man is not a student. He also thinks he has a guilty conscience about his behaviour as he caught eye contact with him and then preceded to duck behind the window sill to hide. The students have never met the man in person but described him as “a revolting man.”
