Tup Tup Palace has had a refurb

Georgie MorganThe home of Persistence and Playground Wednesdays has had major refurbishment works.
Loja, the upstairs room in TupTup, has undergone a major face-lift including stripping back all furniture and redecorating the walls and ceiling.
The works, which went on over January, will finish just in time for Playground Wednesdays run by Stage1Events.
Freddie Bird, who’s a senior manager at Playground, said: “We’re really looking forward to opening the doors to the refurbished Loja room ahead of Playground on Wednesday. The room looks really good and we reckon Newcastle will love it!”
