Abbie HigginsGeordie shore star, Gaz, announced he would give away tickets to the launch party of ‘Up your game’, following the death of Nelson Mandela.
The reality TV star’s tweet was criticized for being insensitive as it appeared just moments after the death of the inspirational first black president of South Africa was announced.
The tweet shortly disappeared and was replaced with “Gonna give away 2 pairs of tickets to the @GazUpYourGame single launch AND @IMAltd1 Xmas Party on Sun 15th Dec at 10pm #PartywithGaz”
Hours later he simply tweeted RIP Nelson Mandela #Legend.
