Antwerp Mansion is hosting a charity event for the Salford Church that burnt down

It’s happening next Wednesday

Earlier this year a huge fire set by arsonists burned down the historic Church of England church in Lower Broughton. It had only just undergone £250,000 worth of restoration work.

Antwerp is hosting an event in a bid to raise money to rebuild the church so future generations can use it.

Jason Bennett, who is working with Antwerp bosses to organise the event, said, “My three daughters went to the school and the use the church for Easter and Christmas plays, so I decided to run a charity event at Antwerp Mansion to help raise money.”

The event combines two very popular nights that are already at Antwerp: Rum & Bass vs Motherfunkers.

It will happen Wednesday 19th April 11pm-3am, with tickets starting at just £3 from Skiddle.
