Loughborough ranked second for top 100 Universities as rated by students

25,000 students’ analyses were reviewed on Whatuni.com, and revealed that Loughborough have been ranked second after coming first last year.

Loughborough received a score of 4.63 out of five, narrowly missing out on first place to Harper Adams University who scored 4.73.

125 universities are considered, with the league table ranking them across 10 different categories: accommodation, city life, clubs and societies, courses and lecturers, facilities, job prospects, student union, support services and an overall rating. The institutions are considered for an award if they meet a minimum threshold of reviews, depending on the size of institution.

We beat the likes of other top universities such as Leeds (5th) who scored 4.51 and Durham (29th) who scored 4.29.
