It’s time for us to batter JMU in ‘Posh vs. Poly’

Marisa LeeThe uni of Liverpool and John Moores are facing off in another Battle of the Unis on the 7th February.
We all love a uni rivalry, and this time JMU students will be easier to spot as they join UoL students in a fancy dress and games competition to literally see who’s boss.
Thousands of Uni of Liverpool students in 90’s gear and our poly counterparts dressed as animals join together in the safety of Walkabout for the stand-off.
5 sets of games will take place on the stage, with one uni crowned winner at end of the night. Prizes like Bestival tickets and American Apparel vouchers will be given to best dressed and the winners of stage games.
The venue will be hosting the games on the stage, as well as playing classic 90’s films music videos on giant screens.
So that the JMU students feel at home, the second floor will be decked out in jungle decor, and free animal masks will be given out on the door.
The night will also feature balloon drops and confetti.
