To some it’s nothing but a cold, bleak city in the North West of England where the people speak funny. But those who have lived in Liverpool will know just how vibrant and full of life the city and its people are.
Second year Law student Louis Leon Bever proves the quirky and flamboyant character of Liverpool through his photographs – with the primary aim of disproving the out-dated stigma attached to the city.
He said: “What I really wanted to capture was the hidden beauty of Liverpool. Every time I speak to my friends who don’t study in Liverpool, they always think it’s a rough, grey and run-down place. So through my photos, I like to represent the great architecture and people that make up this city.”
