Third year swimmer Will Nolan said: “I don’t really know why we do it, it’s just a traditional thing to do on the alumni weekend
“It’s really bloody cold, but definitely worth it
“Often people even go for a swim in the Roger Stevens swimming pool on the way”
He’s not even on the swim team
Fresher Emma Weston, who was also on the winning team, said: “I’m not surprised really, who doesn’t want to get drunk and naked.”
