Here’s what the hero captaining the Rugby boys to victory had to say:

“Following 3 consecutive promotions, KCL 1st XV have found themselves competing at the top of the BUCS university leagues in Premier South A alongside some of the biggest names in university sport.

“This experience has been invaluable to all the boys involved and has shaped us into a strong and tightknit bunch. We look forward to capping off this tough season with a win against the godless scum in front of our adoring fans. Rest assured the boys have been working hard in the gym, in the bar and on the training field to bring home that silverware once more.”

The Men’s Rugby Varsity match starts at 17:00 and you can buy your tickets here.

KCLRFC are also running a competition where you could win a pair of FREE tickets to the game on Friday. All you have to do is like their Facebook page and tag a friend in the post and those tickets could be yours! You’ve got to be in it to win it so go over and give it a like.

All the best to our rugby boys, we’ll be there giving our support. Will you?
