Semi Toned have a new single out, and they’ve covered Beyonce

Their worldwide fame is imminent

After teasing their fans for months with BBC appearances and a one-of-a-kind Christmas medley, the a capella kings of Exeter, Semi-Toned, have brought rays of sunshine to 2017 with their fresh and fabulous new single and cover of the Beyonce banger, 7/11:

With over 2.6k views and rapidly rising, this edgy and artistic video from the boys sees them depart from the cheekiness of past music videos such as ‘Rich Man’ towards a more dramatic and visually entrancing approach. As always though, they continue to amaze with their pitch perfect voices and musically orgasmic harmonies-particular mention must be made to Tommy Hamer for his crystalline and character-filled solos.

Featuring some stunning shots in an eery cinema, forest and even the beach, the aca-geniuses once again delved into the realm of the extraordinary and have further cemented their righteous position as the UK’s number 1 a capella group.

Catch the homegrown Semi-Toned, the Sweet Nothings, The Illumination and The Bluebelles representing Exeter and competing against a capella groups from Exeter, Bath and Bristol in the ICCA Quarterfinal here at the Northcott Theatre this Sunday 5th February for a chance to be crowned this year’s champion at the Finals in London.
