There’s a lot to consider when flat hunting – where to live, how big the flat is, how much to pay, but arguably the most important question gets overlooked. Which estate agent should I use?

If you get shafted with poor estate agents, they can really make your life a misery. They can force you to queue overnight just to secure the flat in the first place, they can refuse to give back your deposits even when they should and they can be utterly useless at repairing things that need to be worked on urgently.
