Samung Island in the Philippines is on sale for just £250,000- the same price as buying a one bed flat on Cowley Road.
We all know Cowley Road is the best student area in the country but who wouldn’t want to trade all that in for sun, sand and sea? Oh and your own private beach, because you’ll own the whole Island.
Samung Island, which is less than 125 miles East of Manila is made up of white sand beaches, green hills and coconut trees – just think of all that free coconut water.
You wouldn’t even have to worry about noise complaints when you throw mad house parties or worry about getting your full deposit back.
We all know Oxford is expensive, but this is just a bit ridiculous.
