Students at The University of Birmingham are stripping down for the Carnival RAG naked calendar which goes on sale this term.

The famous Carnival RAG slogan is ‘Bad Things. Good Causes’ and they organise events to raise money for charity.

Now, they are releasing their very own naked calendar.

Raising money for Dementia UK, Kids Adventure UoB, Freedom from Torture and Haven House Children’s Hospice, 12 student groups got their kit off – including members of The Tab, gaelic football and Muay Thai societies.

Lexi Rowan, a third year English student and member of The Tab got her kit off for the calendar, and she said: “Getting naked is always fun, so I thought why not do it for a good cause?

“Carnival RAG has always had such a presence at the University, organising fun ways to raise money for four amazing charities which I strongly support.

“I’m very happy to be helping out raising money by taking part in something entertaining, and let’s be honest, all the best things happen when you’re naked.”

LGBTQ went all out

The Carnival RAG naked calendars will be available to purchase on the Guild tickets website for around £6-£7: a price that can’t be overlooked for a gift that serves the whole family…

All profits will go to RAG’s four chosen charities to further research and help those in need.

We all agree it’s the perfect thing to have on your wall all year round.
