Below is a definitive list of the biggest power players in Belfast right now. Nominated by students, these are the biggest influencers on campus today.

Vote in the poll at the bottom for whoever you think is the most influential student on campus. The top success stories will be entered into the national Tab 250 power list to fight for the winning title.

Oisin O’Callaghan

All you need to do is take a step into this man’s room to find numerous items stolen from all your favourite nightclubs. Ollies drinks menu and 50 cups? He’s your man. Also drinking only the finest Andorran grey goose (no taxes to pay on it over there) he’s the classiest man you’ll ever meet. Fond of the odd Facebook competition win and Best Pres Host in the world (amplifier and best playlist going). Just like a skittles cocktail in Box on a Tuesday, the power list wouldn’t be complete without him. Don’t believe us? Just go to Wok-A-Moley at 3am and he’ll be going mad on the table.

Claire McElvanna

This first year Business Economics student just loves the sesh.

Louise McErlean

This absolute legend on the left has only missed two Union Fridays all year and can frequently be found in Wok-A-Moley, hungover working in John Longs or residing in the ultimate after party venue of her student house.

Barney McGrellis

Chairman of Queen’s University Hurling, very well known local man. Loved by all. Great craic.

Daniel Cavan

Spent £450 on a pair of Yeezys, self-proclaimed memelord.

Lauren Cuddy

Known notoriously within the finance and actuary circles and further afield as Cudster. Even a whisper of her name and everyone knows who she is and what’s she done. She is also known by many as Gossip Girl and for her interesting and intimate relationships with lecturers and the emails that she sends them. She has a big following on social media and a very active instagram account that she actually has her own personal PR for. She’s amassed followers over her years but final year is really where she has come into her own.

Chris Dickison

Chris is the biggest BNOC in existence. He’s the most well regarded student in Queens and also a devout Christian. It would make his life to win this, as he is a significant underachiever in all areas other than being a BNOC and EU law.

Ciarán Casey

Being an all round legend, never taking no for an answer and constantly weaseling his way into parties even if he doesn’t know who is throwing them. No matter who you talk to on campus, they will know Ciarán Casey.

Tiarnan Carey

Tiarnan left school with all As at A level. He has since achieved a Shane McGowan like stature of constant drunkenness and yet is still on course to nail the 2:1 required to stay in the masters. His love of tins of Magners is equaled by his love of conspiracy theories and Queen’s Hurling. His dreams include winning Freshers champo and for Orchard Thieves to start selling in the North. A true Everyman and a shining example for the Holylands. Roll on St. Patrick’s Day.
